The Inside of the house has all been painted!

Outside of the house is prepped to have stucco, stone, etc. put on.

Tile placed in the mud/laundry room.

Tiled placed in the entry way. Also the front door was stained to a darker wood color.

Stair railing was put in and stained.

All the doors in the house have been put in.

Tile placed in the master bathroom.

Tile placed in the upstairs bathroom.

This is just to show the colors of the house. 

The interior of the house is getting close to being done!

Fake wood floor has been placed in the dining/kitchen areas.

All the walls have been mudded and sanded.

They have all the doors, base boards, etc. in the garage ready to be put in.

Today we went by the house and found that the shingles had been put on the roof and that all the sheetrock had been placed inside the house. Now you can see how each room is going to look. Everything is starting to come together!

Once again, we have lots of updates from just 1 week.

The roof is now ready for shingles.

Door to the garage door put in.

Plumbing and electric wiring put in.

Sliding glass door in the dining room.

Bath/shower.

Master bath and shower.

Heating/AC put in.

More of the plumbing.

Front door put in and entry has been cemented.

Windows are all put in.

Back wall was finished.

Seems like everyday they have soo much done. We went by the house twice this week and each time there was a lot of changes. Really is moving along.

When we went by the house last week there hadn't been anything new done to it, which we figured was because of all the rain. So, with there being a bit of rain this week, we figured there prolly wouldn't be much done once again. However, we were wrong... there was quite a bit done to the house since last week!

So ya, they are moving along on the house really fast. We are getting really excited with it all. Should be plenty to post in the upcoming weeks!
