The house is just about done. We talked to the builder and they told us we can do a house walk around as soon as next Thursday! Looks like we will be moving in in August!

The electricity is now connected to the house!

Master bedroom now has a ceiling fan.

Microwave is now in.

Shelves are all placed in the pantry.

Patio is almost done.

The doorbell!!!

The Hardi Shake Shingles are all done.

The outside lamps are now installed.

Well, it's been about 2 weeks since our last update. Since then there has been a number of changes done to the house and it's just about done from what we can see.

Outside of the house is all painted now. The garage doors and been put in as well.

The wood arch in the entry way and the front door have both been stained to a darker color.

The niche in the entry way is done.

CARPET! Yup, carpet has been laid out in the entire house.

Guest room.

Ashton's room

Bathroom now has a sink and toilet. Shower is setup also.

Master bedroom.

Duel sinks are put in. Mirror was put in also.

Toilet, shower, and bathtub all ready to go.

Walk in closet now has the racks put in.

Living room all done.

Kitchen appliances are all installed or ready to be installed.

Granite countertops are done.

Back patio is getting started.

There was a ton done to the house this week. It's looking near done. It's looking like we might be moving soon!

  A nice wooden arch was put in over the entry way of the house.

Stucco and stone have been put on the house. 

 Cabinets and the kitchen island have been put in. They were all stained with a dark wood look. Also, all the lights were put in the house. You can see the kitchen and dining room ones here.

 Ceiling fan in the Living Room was put in.

 A niche is being put in the wall in the entry way. We will put family pictures here.

Master bathroom has its cabinets now. They are also setup to have a duel vanity.

 All the doors in the house have the knobs put in. Also all the light switched and electric outlets have been installed.

 Tile was finished up.

Not a whole lot more to do till the house is done!

The Inside of the house has all been painted!

Outside of the house is prepped to have stucco, stone, etc. put on.

Tile placed in the mud/laundry room.

Tiled placed in the entry way. Also the front door was stained to a darker wood color.

Stair railing was put in and stained.

All the doors in the house have been put in.

Tile placed in the master bathroom.

Tile placed in the upstairs bathroom.

This is just to show the colors of the house. 

The interior of the house is getting close to being done!

 Tile is ready to be placed in the master bath.

Fake wood floor has been placed in the dining/kitchen areas.

All the walls have been mudded and sanded.

They have all the doors, base boards, etc. in the garage ready to be put in.

Today we went by the house and found that the shingles had been put on the roof and that all the sheetrock had been placed inside the house. Now you can see how each room is going to look. Everything is starting to come together!

Living room. (Ashton was running all over the house and smiling the whole time. He really loves all the space!)
